In front of his own supporters Jenson Button failed to finish the British Grand Prix because of tire separated following a technician errors in the pit stops. Could not hide the disappointment, Button only hope that similar incidents do not recur.
Button was sitting in fifth position as waste into the pit stop on lap 40. Poor for him, it turned out to be the cause of pit her failure to finish and increase the coffers of the British Grand Prix points in the title.
Button front tires the car apart when he would come out of the pit lane. McLaren is known that the technician who did not install the replacement tire wheel retaining nut.
"Men who are in the right front wheel lost its nut and went to take a substitute, and when he came back the lollipop man thought I was ready to walk again. When I came out and climbed the hill, the tires loose. I immediately stopped. It was really disappointing," said Button.
