There Still Chance for Mclaren

Chairman of McLaren, Martin Whitmarsh, predicted the pebalapnya can still be a race car champion in F1 this season. Opportunity is still considered open in spite of Sebastian Vettel Red Bull team still leads by a huge margin.

Vettel in the first sequence has a difference value of 88 points from McLaren team racer, Lewis Hamilton, and 100 points from Jenson Button. Currently, Hamilton came third and Button fifth.

"Although minor, the chances of becoming champion is still there. What we should do is to win all the series. It's hard to cut the difference in numbers, but everything is still possible," Whitmarsh said on Monday (8/15/2011) in London.

In the second half of the 2011 season remaining eight series again and a lot of points to be contested. According to Whitmarsh, opportunities will be wide open if both driver always occupy one-two and Ferrari in third place, as well as Red Bull did not seize the podium.

"Hamilton looked more focused to win. He was in a good position because all of a sudden he believes he can win," said Whitmarsh.
