Sebastian Vettel must stays in Red Bull team for several years to come if you want to grab some of the F1 world title. Consistency riders and personnel in a team is essential to the title repeatedly.

"A team is always evolving with the driver but can also be dropped with the driver. Racer is an important factor for a team," said Franz Tost, Toro Rosso team leader in London.

Franz Tost is the former boss of the German driver Vettel when it won the Italian F1 event series for the first time in 2008, for the Toro Rosso team. Tost also people who let Vettel moving to Red Bull team next year.

Vettel joined the Italian team from BMW in 2007 and went on to secure victory at Monza the following year before being promoted into the Red Bull line-up for 2009.

"Racer who truly successful will remain at his team for several years because it takes time to process the development of joint, between the driver, technician, car, and tires. Once they develop as a unit, they should be maintained as long as possible. On the other hand, the rider is the key to a successful team, "Tost said.

Tost sure Vettel will be the best racer in F1 and Red Bull teams key to success for many years to come. "There will be no other Sebastian Vettel, as there is no Michael Schumacher or Ayrton Senna others. Vettel became the world champion because he found himself, capacity and ability," Tost said.

Tost added that Vettel's best chance of future success was to remain with Red Bull in the coming years and not consider a move elsewhere, with the rumour mill having linked the German with Ferrari for some time.

“When you look around, the really successful drivers stay with their teams for quite some time because the process of growing together - driver, engineers, car, tyre - all takes time and once you've grown into one single functional unit you want to keep that as long as possible,” he said. “When it boils down to the sheer facts, for me the driver is the key to success.”
