Mark Webber signed a contract extension with Red Bull until 2012. Australian rider had joined the team Red Bull since 2007, and won six series and took 25 podium for Red Bull team.
"I want to continue to race in Formula One, so it does not need too much thinking to settle in the Red bull team until next year. My motivation to reach the highest achievement for myself and for the Red Bull team is very high," said Webber, Saturday (27 / 8) in Spa, Belgium.
According to Webber, during the five years he and his Red Bull team has proved can design and build a competitive car and be able to become champion. Webber promised to spur him and his car to the limits in every series in 2012.
Red Bull team boss Christian Horner, said he and his Red Bull team did not hesitate to extend the contract Webber. "When negotiations for 2012, Red Bull and Webber were to continue the relationship. This means that approval for an extension until next year went smoothly," said Horner.
